Melissa set off for the Future Living 5K event in Hertford and came 3rd in the Ladies and 11th overall, with a time of 22:12. She modestly claimed that the course may have been short of 5K, but who cares, Melissa did it and came 3rd!!

Jan and Maria both attended the Hitchin 10K and both came in under the hour. Well done, great achievement.
