Parkrun is very popular in Hertfordshire. For example St Albans had 312 runners, Panshanger 197, Stevenage 150, Ellenbrook Fields 92 and Barclay in Hoddesdon 48.
Our Oh Ladies started with Parkruns in St Albans and Panshanger but now the majority support Ellenbrook Fields Parkrun in Hatfield. We are even a sponsor at the new Beehive Junior Parkrun in WGC.
We have one lady called Maria who loves to be a Parkrun tourist. She has completed 86 Parkruns across 13 locations. Lets not forget Denise Hill, who has completed 88 Parkruns from the main 3 locations.
Are you thinking what I’m thinking……. How about we get behind these ladies and support them to break the 100 barrier and throw an Oh party in 2017! Shall we call it the 100 Party?
