Get fit and feel fab with the Oh Ladies Running Club

If your New Year’s resolution was to get fit or lose weight, then Old Hatfield Ladies Running Club can help.

The Oh Ladies (www.ohladies.co.uk) will be holding the first of its Beginners’ running sessions this Sunday (Jan 17), meeting at Hatfield train station at 8am with your trainers ready to go!

The first session is free to try with the remaining five costing just £15, which includes club membership and affiliation to England Athletics until the end of April.

Hosted by qualified leaders, the six-week course builds up to a 5k run and will include training plans, technique and lots of support and encouragement!

The club caters for all levels – from beginners pulling on a pair of running shoes for the first time to seasoned marathon runners – with sessions throughout the week to suit everyone.

Oh Ladies chair Carrie Hudson, runner up in Female Community Coach of the Year at the recent Herts Sports Partnership awards, said: “Come and give as a try, fitness really can be fun with the Oh Ladies. We’re a friendly club and will give you the encouragement you need to successfully reach your goal, however big or small you think it may be.”
