Oh Lady Marshalls and Runners attended both Parkruns this weekend.

Panshanger Parkrun was blessed with the lovely Sarah Haverson who put in a 5k time of 33:25, coming in 175th position out of 223 runners.  Chris Ansell ran a 30:01 under the Oh name (friend of Tim Hudson!)

St Albans was blessed with an Oh Award Winner this weekend.  Melissa Mileham ran an impressive 23:40, finishing in 110th place out of 394 runners!

For once, there wasn’t a running shoe in sight as the Oh Ladies glammed up to celebrate their achievements at their awards night at Mill Green Golf Club on January 30.

“It was a chance for members to catch up with old friends, meet new ones and celebrate their running successes, however big or small,” said club chair Carrie Hudson.

The award winners were selected by the club’s running leaders because of their attitude, commitment and the way they have helped support and inspire other members over the past year.
